I've been searching all over the Internet for a music video that my sister asked me to find for her.
She described what she remembered about it, which was that it was a music video from around 2010 possibly, and shot in either B&W or grey and it may feature darker themed elements (trigger warning).
She remembers the video showing a young couple That ran away together as teens and they both were hooked on drugs then he decided to get clean for them and join the military. The girl was also pregnant and then overdosed while the guy was deployed and when she died she was holding her stomach with a sonogram laying next to her and he remembers the smell of her dead body and then proceeds to commit suicide.
