My wife is no public fond she has a spouse visa

She head a company and she give birth she stop working

So there no income on the company before we apply for universal credit for 3 months and after we apply for uc the company is not working but we done the tex refund for the company and she receive 8500£ but the problem is we didn't tell the uc that she have company and we didn't give them any bank details for my wife waht will happen if we tell that to uc she have company now and she receive the 8500 how will affect our uc and what will the do if we inform them about the company now and about the tex refund and we have only one payment from uc because we apply 2 months ago

But her application is refused and do you think will know she have this tex refund i we don't tell them 🤔
