Hi everyone, I’m really confused and would appreciate any help.

I graduated with a bachelor’s and applied for OPT. I also submitted a withdrawal request immediately almost about a month ago, but it hasn’t been processed yet.

Now I’m planning to transfer to another university for a second bachelor’s degree, so my current OPT application will most likely get denied due to the transfer.

My question is:
If my OPT gets denied and I never actually use it, can I apply for OPT later after completing the second bachelor’s degree? Or is my OPT opportunity at the bachelor’s level gone in this situation?

Would really appreciate any insight if anyone has gone through something similar!
