Has anyone tried this yet? Is it too big? And how does it fit? I saw that it’s apparently recommended to go up a size.

I'm thinking of buying an Oakley Exclusive Ellipse Pebble Jacket from UO, but is it worth the 75 euros? I've heard a lot of negative feedback about UO, and since it's 65% polyester and 35% cotton, I'm worried the quality might be poor.
