okay so im on windows 11 and i have a 9070xt 7800x3d 32gb ddr5 and the premiere preview is choppy and laggy can someone please help me

Okay so the other day i loaded up premiere pro and it gave me a gpu sniffer error i fix that but now i cant load in my projects then 10 sec later it crashes and i tried updating my drivers and deleting my media cache and i can finally use premiere pro But it crashes when i change the layout and going in settings and tbh i want the new premiere not the old one so can some one pls help me
