My previous period was 2 1/2 weeks now this one is 3 weeks and counting. It’s heavy and no signs of lightening up. I’m 46 years old and wondering if this may be a perimenopause symptom. Should I go to the doctor or is this an emergency thing? I feel fine, no cramping and the clots are small.
