I am a single mother - I was just getting ready to head out and that's what my son told me and I was shook! I did not known what to say and I could use some perspective

My child just turned 13 and I feel like my life only revolves around them. I rarely do anything for myself anymore and I barely remember who I was before becoming a parent.
