I get the feeling that we are gonna keep the starting 5 together for another year and hope for better health and a reinvigorated offense under a new head coach, probably Billy Donovan, and there is a level of credibility in that argument due the stats backing the starting 5 when they've played together being a top 10 offense and a top 5 defense. As it stands though, the bench unit is super weak, and we don't have major money to spend in FA to improve, and in all honestly the past 2 big FA additions have been disastrous from Weltman anyways. I think the only valuable bench players we currently have are Black and Cain, then you can argue TDS but hes far too streaky and already 25 so I don't really see him getting much better in all honesty, and then internal developments from Jase and Penda. There's a massive whole at that back up 5 spot, I think they bring back Mo on a vet min for one more year, but Goga is as good as gone at this point. How can this team realistically get better bench production, would you consider a 'sell high on AB' due to him being rookie extension eligible (any contract in the 20mil per year range would be great imo) and we already have financial limitations, and look for real established bench production. Any ideas?
