Hi all, I'm stepping as a first-time employee soon and would like your advice and experiences. I have completed my UG from a Tier 1 institute with Finance background and am pursuing a professional course on the same bg. Recently decided to start working along with pursuing the course. Got an offer from DXC for a role of Finance Operations - low tier role (I'm actually looking for a laid back job with not much work hours or not more than 5 working days to complete my course asap) and have an opportunity to work at JPMC after clearing my final round held tomorrow. Problem is that job at DXC is under direct payroll and JPMC is a TPP, with the recruiter promising to a conversion after 6-12m of employment and based on performance. Both the companies payout is around the same. Now, the role at DXC is aligned to Finance and would help me with strengthening my basics whereas the role at JPMC via TPP is also related to Finance but is more like a criteria based role (what I'm trying say is where certian

conditions are met, then it is processed). Any help or referrals

would help this fresher!
