Heads up this is a bit lame.

I took a photo of my back, first time I’ve ever done that so I don’t know what my back looked like before I started working out. I am definitely feeling stronger and my weights reflect that but I don’t know if I have muscle definition in my back or if this what my back would look like if I didn’t lift? I’m also aware it’s not the best picture, I have no idea how to pose to best show muscle growth.

Anyway, thoughts, tips, etc appreciated. TIA.
