Basically last night I was printing some petg for the first time (I usually just do PLA) and it clogged and a bunch of plastic formed a large blob that filled up my hot end area and encased the entire thing in plastic. I don’t think I’ll be able to fix it with a heat gun and some tweezers. That being said I ordered a new extruder.

My question is this: has anyone had to replace their extruder, and was it a hassle? It’s the V1. Does it at least come with some sort of instructions I can follow? I love my printer and don’t want to mess it up more than it already is. Any insight or advice appreciated.
