Hi guys just after some advice here in regards to my latest blood test results, I've been keeping an eye on my hormones due to always having high shbg and lowish free t,
I've been monitoring them every few months for the last 18 months and shbg is always elevated
These recent results are after a prolonged caloric defecit I started in Jan, in that time I lost around 7kg body fat, through a defecit or around 500 per day and resistance training 4 times a week and walking a minimum of 10k steps daily
My total testosterone went up from 20 to 26 but my shbg also rose, so my free t is no better really
I've finished this plan for now and am eating at around maintenance, I'm still training 4 times a week, I just feel I've got no go now though, feel a bit flat and libido has tanked
I've noticed my E2 is high optimal
In previous blood tests my thyroid and liver have always come back ok and I last had my ferritin checked in November, it was about 338 but still within the NHS ranges
I supplement D3 with K2, Magnesium Glycinate, B12 and Omega 3
I also noticed my hair appears to feel thinner now for some reason I'm not sure if im imagining it or not and have no baldies either side of my family
Any advice on things I can do to optimise my blood levels would be appreciated
Or anyone who has had the same issues and managed to rectify it would be great if you could share you experiences
Thanks
