Hey everyone,
I keep seeing stories of people launching a SaaS and getting paying customers within 24 hours. Honestly, I’m wondering how that actually happens.
I’m a 21-year-old student and I’ve spent the last few months building GetClient, an AI-driven B2B lead generation platform. It handles everything from scraping leads via Google/LinkedIn to running automated AI sales agents. I’m really proud of the tech and the UI, but after launching, the silence is deafening.
Here is what I’ve done so far:
- Built a full dashboard with Google integrations.
- Added an AI cold-email generator that actually sounds human.
- Launched the site and shared it in a few places.
The problem: I’m getting some traffic, but zero conversions to paid.
Is it my messaging? Is the market too crowded? Or am I just missing a key piece of the 'launch' puzzle?
I’d love some brutal honesty from founders who have crossed the $0 to $100 MRR mark. I’m not here to spam, just genuinely trying to learn how to turn this project into a real business.
If anyone wants to roast my landing page or give feedback on the UI (screenshot attached), I can drop the link in the comments.
Thanks in advance!"
