Hi everyone - I am 6 days post op, and unfortunately I’m recovering alone, so it has left a lot of time to spiral. Before going into this surgery, I’ve had a real problem with my boobs. They were never “huge,” but very saggy and larger than I would’ve liked. I had a consultation with this doctor and asked if with my size, I could receive a “flat chested” look, and he confirmed that it would definitely be possible. Right before I went into surgery, I showed him a reference photo (first photo) and he said I could achieve the same result. The second photo is mine, and I feel like there is a clear size difference. Both photos are immediately post op, and I already asked, and they said those were taken before much swelling began, so the photo is basically my final result. I’m trying hard not to overthink this, but I paid a lot of money and feel like I was let down a little bit. It seems like he left a lot of fullness in the top, which is the exact opposite of what I asked for. I addressed my concerns with the medical assistant, but they haven’t responded, and I’m worried they are going to be upset at me for asking.

I guess my question is, how has the upper fullness changed for everyone post op? I’m worried with the “drop and fluff” phase, they’re just going to drop and fluff exactly back to where they used to be.
