Bane of my whole existence in this game - this damn quest. I've lost count, how many assimilation contests for minor civs I lost because of this quest.

Any advices in how to speedrun it? Like here I am, playing Vaulters - how do I raise militarists' party support in a number of turns, which doesn't exceed two digits? How many those ships I must build in my systems or how many wars to declare? Like anything.
