Should I order a PCR test or NGS (next generation sequencing) test?

I always see people on here recommending PCR but after reading this https://www.chronicutiinfo.com/testing/uti-tests/ I’m not sure anymore what’s best.

Also what’s the best place to get a PCR test in the UK? I’ve read that the Microgen test doesn’t provide reliable antibiotic sensitivities, and that Cirrus is better in that sense but I don’t think it’s available in the UK? 🥲
