Thank you for starting this

I had my system installed in 2023. Had to have an inverter replaced less than a year ago and recently discovered that the replacement wasn’t configured correctly. I realize the company may have been more focused on closing up shop in the last several weeks but leaving customers in the cold doesn’t seem right either. To receive an email on April 10 that the company closed up on April 9 feels like premeditated customer abandonment. But what’s done is done unfortunately.
I am reluctant to sign up with Isaksen for all the same reasons folks have already mentioned. Plus, I don’t want to pay into another company and then get another “we went belly up yesterday” email next April 10.
