This all started in January, horrible burning , chest pain. I have had reflux in the past so I started my pantoprazole. My diet has been mostly easy digestible carbs, some vegetables cooked, sourdough bread, mini meals. I got an endoscopy that showed I had a sliding hernia, and gerd. It’s still not better after months it’s depressing. My gastrointestinal doctor doesn’t even seem to think its a big deal. She said I should be back to normal but Im not. I also have pain in my back almost daily. Anyone had something like this?
