I just bought a house and the fridge outlet does not work. It is upstream from a gfci. I reset every gfci in the house and still reads as no power coming to outlet, I replaced the gfci outlet with a new one. Line is connected to line and load is connected to load. Used my voltage tester and still reading zero power when I try it on black hot wires. Any suggestions? Could it be a problem with my panel?
