On Monday, I cooked chicken breast on the stove and shredded it. I made a bunch of meals to reheat later and froze them. I missed one and it’s been in the fridge since Monday (today’s Saturday). How long is a fully cooked vacuum sealed meal good for? I can only find references for raw chicken and this is cooked.

Here is what all is in the bag:

Cooked chicken breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp water

If it makes a difference, I cooled the chicken breast down in a fridge by itself before making the bag.
