Started 0.025% tret this week, never really had a skincare routine before but I’ve bought a few bits to make sure my skin doesn’t turn into sandpaper while using tret.

Currently doing ceraVe in am after a shower, letting it dry then add spf. Pm’s on days I’m using tret is wash face with warm water > thin layer of moisturiser > dry > apply tret > dry > thicker layer of moisturiser.

Is this okay ? Am I missing any products or doing things in the wrong order, thanks

Hi, I’ve been learning n8n for just over a week, using Claude as a teacher to build & explain workflows step by step then rebuilding them myself from memory so I actually understand the automations. I feel like I’m making progress, albeit slow as I have 0 tech background, but keep feeling demotivated - every time I feel like I’m getting somewhere I see something about Claude Code or new AI tools that can apparently do all of this automatically. Is there any point learning or are the beginners starting now with no tech background gonna get left in the dust

Used 0.025% tret cream for the first time 3 days ago, skins had no problems / side effects from it - am I okay to bump up to 3 times a week or should I keep it at 1-2 ?
