I have a FW 16 with the Ryzen gpu upgrade and the AMD cpu. Recently my laptop has been just instantly shutting off randomly when I load up some software (the exact software doesn’t matter from what I can tell). No fans are spinning like crazy either, so it’s not an overheating issue to my knowledge. Any ideas?

I am suffering from some severe neck and shoulder pain, with extreme tenderness to my left upper shoulder. I’ve tried pain meds, heat, ice, stretching, and nothing seems to help. This is day 4.
