We have our pre approval, but starting to feel a little bit overwhelmed with getting inspections done, organising them and what we should be looking at specifically.
We have plans to inspect quite a few houses across a number of different suburbs.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips for us. How you organised dates/address? How you noted things you liked/didn’t like? What we should be looking at, in terms of the house itself? (Eg. hot water taps work?)
Any help or guidance is really appreciated
