I have over 10 years in Design Management and I feel that I am stuck. I have a degree as a Technologist and I am working an a major facade specialist but I honestly don't like just facade work that much but I tried to apply for other DM positions and I am comming up empty and I see all these ppl on Linkdin with Masters and since I want to move away from design I was thinking doing a masters either in Project managment or Construction Manager, although I am also leaning towards civil engineering too.
