What would you do differently if you'd restart the game?

Beginner here👋 I re-installed sims freeplay today and im looking to have the MOST fun in this game. I want to play smart instead of wasting LP/SP/resources early on. For the long-time players and pros here:

What should i focus on first?

Which quests should be prioritized (and which should be delayed)?

Best ways to earn simoleons, LP, and SP early game?

Any buildings or hobbies that are “must unlock ASAP”?

What are the biggest mistakes beginners make?

Is it better to level up slowly or rush progression?

Any hidden mechanics/tips the game never explains?

I’m mainly looking for a strategy that helps in the long run efficient progression, resource management, and avoiding regrets later. Would love to hear your “if I could restart, I’d do this” advice 💗

Can anyone confirm if the portal is closed for colleges to verify or not

I live away from my college rn and my SATS are not verified due to error or smthg. I asked about 3 people but all of them gave different answers 😭 please help a poor child out🙏🥀

Why is the helpline so rude😭🥀

I called the KEA helpline to ask a genuine doubt about offline document verification and the guy spoke like I personally ruined his day 💀

Bro I’m already stressed about ranks, counselling, documents, college selection, future, relatives asking questions every 5 minutes, and now the helpline itself sounds irritated that students are calling.

Like sorry for using the STUDENT helpline as a student 😭

I wasn’t even arguing or anything. I just slipped up and said "clause A1" instead of "clause A" when he asked "are you A or A1?". I apologized immediately too😭 And for the rest of the call he treated me like a dumb shit, intentionally speaking in a condescending tone

Then why even have a helpline 💀

KCET counselling is confusing enough already. Every year rules change, half the information online contradicts itself, and students are expected to magically understand legal-level admission procedures at 18 years old.

At this point Reddit explains KCET better than the actual authorities.
