Hello, I'm saving for a CPO M2 or M4 from the g80 generation but I've hit the roadblock on actually trying the cars. The dealership said that they would only do one once you're about to purchase one but since I don't know which one is better for me or even if an m340i would be enough I'm kinda stuck. Renting for a day seems rip-off level of expensive like 550 quid for one day... So to any M BMW or sports car owner how did you get the experience to make the decision?
To also mention I'm not just a tirekicker I just need a couple of months to be a cash buyer and since summers comming up I want to try the cars. Maybe it's that I don't give rich BMW prick energy or dress super expensive and the dealer thinks I'm messing about but I'm highly educated on the cars themselves and just need to try the thing.
