Can someone help me make sense of this Dashboard? I'm trying to understand how to use this app to see my progression. The dashboard seems to think it's a big deal to see the number of sets by muscle group. Sure, that is important to make sure you are taxing the muscle groups enough, but the way it is laid out is confusing.

I want to make sure I am getting around 15 to 20 sets of chest sets per week, however the dashboard graph shows only 5? I'm sure I might average 5 sets per exercise, but this is not the 'exercise' info graphic. This is the 'Chest' info graphic, and I would expect it to show all chest sets together. I have also tried displaying the graph as a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly graph, but that doesn't seem to make the numbers any different. Just adds additional bars to the graph.

Can someone help me make heads or tails of what I'm looking at, and maybe let me know if and how this is valuable information?
