I’m a 26-year-old female who works hybrid (2-3 days/ week in Hudson Yards) and I’m looking to move from Midtown east to the West Village! I don’t need many frills to the apartment but looking for either a two or three bedroom around $2500 per person. July 1 move-in, but can be flexible a month or two on either end for the right place.
