Purchased a graded trading card on vinted. Over £100 in value. The seller shipped the item in a paper envelope. No bubble wrap, no box - basically no form of protection.

Unsurprisingly the item arrived extremely damaged. First time I have encountered this. How will vinted handle it? They asked for pictures of the packaging and damage which I have provided. Seller asked for a return but that comes at my cost which seems very unfair.
