What is this and how can I reduce it?

I have these bumps ALLLL over my face. I cannot get rid of them at all, or at least even reduce them. They all have gunk in them (yuck) and if popped, they just come back.

I have tried adaplene (didn’t work), tretinoin (helped but gave me perioral dermatitis), oil cleansing (didn’t work), salicylic acid (stings my skin), azaelic acid (also stings my skin), benzoyl peroxide (didn’t work).

Is there anything that has worked for someone else that I haven’t mentioned? Please suggest something! And does anyone know what it’s actually called?

I have these bumpy dots all over my face. If I squeeze them a little plug will come out, so I assume they are something like a blackhead or sebaceous filament. But I cannot get rid of them for the life of me!
The camera doesn’t show how many there actually are, and they have quite a raised bump as well. Sometimes they’ll turn into an inflamed pimple. Most of the bumps have a black dot but some are just flesh coloured, either way they all have gunk in them.
Squeeze them = they just come back. I have literally tried everything, BHA/AHAs, tretinoin, adaplene, salicylic acid, oil cleansing. Some of those things did help a little but came with side effects that forced me to stop using them (e.g. tretinoin gave me perioral dermatitis).
I’m at my wits end. I know it doesn’t look terrible in the pic but I just feel bumpy and gross.
Has anyone else had this issue, and what did you do?

Hey guys, looking for a good dermatologist if anyone has any suggestions,
preferably south of the river but I’m willing to travel if they have great reviews.
Thanks!
