We got banned for not reporting an exploiter

This is a follow-up post to https://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/1sy7zb4/so_this_is_how_people_play_pvp_nowadys/

We noticed that we are now banned on the server mentioned in the linked post.

I made a ticket to ask for the reason: We did not report this suspicious behavior, which is a break of the server rules? OK so the players do now the admin's work?

I also get now why some comments had such a strong opinion against this server. I even defended them in the comments when some users thought it would be admin teleporting or stuff like that.

So the incident did not feel like admin abuse to me, but the reaction does. I never complained about the admins in the original post, I complained about the players and this is what we get.

I suspect the base in double red in Jalovisko belonged to his team members. When they saw me climbing up the tower they told their friend to spawn in.

The same thing happend again (unfortunately I have only of the first occurence): This time the same guy spawned in again but we killed him. He had nothing of my loot tho.
Seconds after that a freshy spawned in on the roof with the words "Here I am again guys".

So they just wait in the base, let their friend spawn in to kill me and then shortly after that the freshy spawns in to bring my loot to their base?
