Hey, I've been in IT support and spent a lot of

time figuring out what resume format actually works

for helpdesk and IT support roles.

Here's what I learned:

1. Keep it one page max

2. Lead with a strong summary mentioning your

   specific tools (Active Directory, O365, etc.)

3. Use numbers — "resolved 200+ tickets monthly"

   beats "handled tickets"

4. ATS systems filter out fancy designs —

   plain clean layouts win

5. Certifications section is crucial — even

   CompTIA A+ makes a big difference
