Seeking help here - have a new 5.0 (got in the last ~2 months). The battery is fully charged, but for whatever reason when I connect it to my band it just won’t charge. I’ve tried to re-clean both several times, trying to do it with two different bands I have, that didn’t work. Same as latching the two together while plugging the battery into an outlet to “jump start” it, that didn’t work. I’ve tried to reboot my band a few times too from the app, I just can’t get it to work. Any tips, help, etc would be super appreciated. Already submitted a ticket to the services team.
