My fiance and I are considering booking at the Preserve - but they recently had a floor in one of their backup ceremony locations partially collapse. This, and their response to it, is really giving me pause. Unfortunately, it is a dream venue for us and checks all of our boxes (houses a ton of people on property, lots of spaces, lots of freedom to BYO vendors and have your event go as late as you want.)
