Skyview Target Suspicious Encounter.

Today while with my daughter and son in the girls clothing area, a Hispanic woman approached us and asked mr if she could ask for my daughter's opinion on which dress to buy for HER daughter who she claimed looked about the same age. My daughter is 10 years old. I said sure, and my daughter proceeded to tell her which of the two dresses she thought was nicer. The woman thanked us and left. A few minutes later she is back in the area and asks us again about another dress. She then decided to take both, thanks us and leaves again. We then decided to go to the shoes area. We pass this woman with extensive cosmetic surgeries pushing a target cart filled with shoe boxes. She did not see where we ended up with in the aisles, but a few minutes after looking at some shoes, she appears at the end of the aisle we are in and asks me if I can give her advise on some shoes. She comes wearing a pair of shoes and walks to the other aisle expecting me to follow her. I don't because now I'm a little suspicious. Of all the people in Target we seem to be the most wanted for fashion advice. She comes back and forth to me about 4 more times, each time with a different pair asking if they look ok? And if the look too big or small on her. Each time she goes back to the aisle talking behind her as if to hold a conversation with me so I can follow her. I am not a paranoid person by any means. But this seemed so strange to me. If felt as though I was to be distracted or lured away from my kids. Has anyone encountered such a thing?

Just a few minutes ago I witnessed a white man wearing a red Trump hat and waving an American flag approach Asian individuals aggressively threatening to sh--t them in the face. I called the cops and followed him until they caught up to him. He was using his flag to pretend to stab people with the pointy end. When the cops approached him he would only address the two white officers a male and female. He just kept saying I hate those people while ignoring the Asian and Indian officer. I included pictures of him and have video of him as well. Eventually the cops allowed him to turn his back on them and walk away (even after being told we witnessed him threatening to sh--t people in the face. Please be careful when approaching this individual.
