Hi, I have stopped breastfeeding my 6 month old to start my thc medication and now I regret it. I really wish I continued breastfeeding but my mental health was getting in the way. I heard that once I stop breastfeeding I won’t regret it but I really do miss breastfeeding and the bonding I had. Sometimes my baby wants to feed from me and I feel so guilty. Is there any way to test my milk if I stop now and wait a certain period, I’ve probably had around 3-4g for the month.
I’ve also been pumping and seen that I still have a small milk supply and wouldn’t mind building it back up if it is possible to ever resume again.
