Hello everyone! I have been wanting to get a rhinoplasty for years but I just haven’t found a surgeon I particularly like… I am middle eastern and have thick skin. I have a bulbous tip and a slight dorsal hump and a droopy tip. I mainly want to slim down my tip and smooth the bump and lift the tip. I want the results to look pretty dramatic but natural. Like I don’t want it to look like I did nothing to my nose I want it to look much slimmer but I also don’t want to look like those middle eastern women whose noses look super done if you know what I mean. I’m honestly leaning towards turkey because those surgeons seem to have the most experience with my type of nose but I also am worried they fake their results and don’t look natural. I was thinking about Selim Turan. So far in the US, I’ve visited Dr Zoumalan and thought the results were too minimal in the morphs, Dr Afrooz in Miami and I thought the morphs just didn’t look good and had a virtual consult with Turan but it wasn’t super helpful. Does anyone have recommendations?

Does anyone have recommendations for high to high mid tier sellers for b30s that are under $1k. I was planning on spending 2k but got convinced out of spending that much for a rep. I really want a brown b30 with GHW but can’t find any rehomes for one so I’m just gonna order one from factory. Any recommendations?

I’ve been desperately searching for a b25 or b30 in a brown shade like chocolate or bai brun something similar with gold hardware please lmk!
