Hello all, apologies as there are probably a ton of questions like this, but I plan on proposing to my girlfriend on our trip to South of France in late June. We will be spending a few days each in Cannes, Nice, and Monaco.

She likes fancy events and dressing up. So I’d like to preferably pop the question when my wife is dressed up for dinner, so a fancy restaurant with a great view would be great. But also preferably somewhere I can request a more secluded table away from the crowds to do it private.
