So i have a samsung flip phone it's a rogers phone with a back screen it's very old (pre 2015) and I need some way to turn it on,i have a charger but it doesn't work,the phone doesn't receive power for some reason,i found it 2 years ago,it still had one bar of battery,then it died,can you give me tips and no I cannot replace the battery nor do I have a pc

Is there an way to get all dlcs,pkgi does not have the dlcs i want,is there an website? I don't have a pc so I can't browse the no pay station database

So i recently updated my Super slim to 4.93,I want ultimate toolbox for customisation but I heard it doesn't work.
