Honestly the worst bank ive ever had. I opened a HYSA and deposited money into it and 2 days later that locked my account for fraud… this happened April 4th and they still wont give me my money till this day after verifying who I am (ssn), the bank I used, routing and account numbers. They told me they would call me multiples, never did. Fast forwarding this informed 2 weeks later, I was told by Mike (supervisor of the Fraud Department) that my money would be sent back to me within 2 days and did I receive my money… no. Ive called numerous amount of times of they kept telling me that my money has been sent but when I called that next week after filing a complaint with the CFPB (consumer financial protection bureau) I was told by an honest employee that my money wasnt actually sent to me, it was sent to one of Everbanks Ledger Account… ive been lied too and theyre trying to steal my money. Its now May 6th and I still dont have the money! DO NOT USE EVERBANK
