I am 54 and I am finding the older I am getting the worse my dyslexia seems to be getting. Is this really happening?

I am 54 and I am finding more and more these days that I am just fed up and had enough of being dyslexic. I hate it. I hate always finding things hard. I am fed up of struggling in work, fed up of feeling not good enough, fed up of feeling like I'm a failure. Fed up feeling inadequate, fed up of struggling. I feel like I have just had enough of being dyslexic. It effects every part of my life and I have just had enough of it. Am I the only one who feels that way?
