I've been battling with dust mites after seeing my allergy doctor again recently but now i feel like what i've been suffering from for years might be something else than my allergies. I made posts over same complaints, i'm sorry about that but i'm really confused and desperate for help.

I've been chasing some chemical sensitivities and also humidity inside my house for the past few months. Detergents, cleaning products - keeping track of humidity and hanging water containers on radiators... improvement to some degree at least.

I want to ask this: My house has %38-43 humidity most days in every room, is this a good humidity for everyone? This should be a good spot as far as i know however i can't help but notice getting better when i'm outside or in rainy days (excluding air quality differences and focusing on humidity). Do some people still struggle with such humidity levels and need higher levels upto arund %50 to say somewhat safe against dust mites and mold?

Things still feel like there is something wrong in the house, my eyes are burning and it's so bad, my nose and throat are also terrible! I'm trying to find what's the problem with almost no luck.

Do these things last even after the posture change BP stabilization, after that short moment of dizziness, lightheadedness, pre-syncope?

Because i'm struggling with them 7/24 and i don't have any health issues other than this and i just want to know if this goes on even when i feel "back to normal" or not.
