Dying princess Cordial

We got this plant back in august and for the first few months (till December really) she was thriving and growing a load, we even gave her the nickname Princess Audrey due to how fast she was growing. Since December she’s been growing fewer and fewer leaves so I figured she needed to be repotted. We put it off until about 2 weeks ago since she only had 2 leaves left and figured she just had no more growing room. Since repotting she’s just gotten worse and has gotten even more sad. All our other plants out thriving since their rehome so I’m not sure what’s going on with her. I checked her roots and before they were bursting out of her old container but now she just has a few tiny tendrils. There’s also a few other seed pods in there that I’m not sure if have bloomed or not. My mom got this plant on the anniversary of my grandmothers death so it’s somewhat crucial for her to live if possible. I’m adding before and after photos to see if anyone has any ideas. The soil we used also was very similar if not the same to the one we bought her in. She gets pretty much direct light which I’m aware most of the time isn’t the call but she really thrived in it for those few months she was doing good and would get sad if she didn’t have the plant light directly on her. More recently we’ve been doing different variations of light with the plant light but she is constantly in the window. The put is drained and she typically gets watered once a week with the occasional extra little dump from water bottles that are left over and such.
