I was going through my boxes and saw the shiny icon. I'm still a fair way off the shiny charm too so I haven't even started shiny hunting.
Ive been playing since Gen1 and never have I ever seen a wild shiny. All of the ones I do have are via events or trades. Not quite the dratini I always wanted but I'll take it!
Edit: okay so apparently I'm a numpty for not noticing this, I'll do better I promise! 🫠
Edit 2: Update. Can confirm, paying attention works. 2 hours later caught a shiny spinarak.
