I came across this community recently, and I noticed while sleeping lightly in the morning, I felt like my heart rate had paused/stopped intermittently causing me to wake suddenly with heart racing and me quite out of breath - a truly horrible feeling!!!! 😔😮‍💨 am I in the right community or just me??? I feel like no one understands this and I continually get dismissed or its "just anxiety" take a breath you'll be fine kinda thing.....my family is dismissive and seem uncaring!
