Oklahoma spring has been rough on one of my Ebb Tide bushes, like real rough. It’s been weirdly cool and humid. I’m fighting a pretty ingrained case of Black Spot and trying to keep it off my Blue Moon, which is the next closest bush. It’s only on one of my seven roses, makes me think there are some funky air currents where it’s sitting.
I’m applying ferti-lome liquid fungicide, which has propiconazole as the active ingredient. All the bushes also get Bio-Advance rose and flower care with a systemic fungicide in the formula.
Other than removing and bagging affected plant bits (nearly the whole freakin plant!) and weekly fungicide applications, anyone have success with other methods? It’s so ingrained in this bush that I’m questioning its survival.
