Three months in and I finally understand why people say 'trust the process'
Something I’ve noticed a lot in these conversations is how many people expect tirzepatide to completely change everything within the first couple of weeks.
I get it because I thought the same thing at first.
Early on, it was mostly adjustment:
- figuring out routines
- understanding hunger changes
- dealing with occasional side effects
- wondering if it was even working
The biggest shift for me wasn’t actually the scale at first. It was realizing I wasn’t constantly thinking about food anymore.
That’s when I started feeling like something was changing.
Now a few months in, the progress is there, but it happened gradually enough that I barely noticed week to week. Looking back is when it really hits.
If you’re early in and frustrated because it doesn’t feel dramatic yet, you’re probably more on track than you think.
