Has anyone had the issue with ADP showing that you clocked in, the clock is green, time counting up, then hours later you try to clock out and it shows you never clocked in the last time? It’s super frustrating, happening using phone and computer.

My HR rep said to use the phone app, over the computer, but it’s still happening there too. I’ve tried to troubleshoot but nothing comes up to fix the glitch.
