I got my decision letter 10 months ago, I was denied. I want to retry for different disabilities because I think I filed wrong the first time
I have Crohn’s and tinnitus, rated at 40% but want to claim arthritis or hip/back pain when I have flair ups. Not sure the medical terms off the top of my head.
Should I start a new claim or fight against the one that was denied?
I got med sepped for Crohn’s disease and adjustment disorder. 40% combined.
I’m curious if anyone has had success claiming a secondary to Crohn’s , I have very bad hips/lower back issues which I strongly believe is something related to my Crohn’s because when I have flair ups it is much worse like I have a hard time sleeping, sitting, being still. I still have bad bowel movements and fatigue, tiredness all the time as well even on my medication.
Curious the success rate, I’ve been denied once but I would like to keep trying to file
