Hi guys I'm very new to IEM's in general and I am not a audiophile but I finally decided to make the switch from normal wired earphones/TWS/headphones to IEM's.
I recently ordered GK Kunten IEM's from theaudiostore, the delivery was was smooth and in fact got it earlier than the expected date
The unboxing and all went smooth some things started to go downhill from here
These cracks have started to appear on the main unit itself and some on the drivers from the inside too (?)
It has barely been 24 hours and I have barely used it. I received them yesterday but didnt got to try it a lot, today morning i noticed all these cracks
Also, Personally I didn't really see any difference in audio quality, it feels same as my previous normal earphones
I have been using the [boAt Bassheads 152](https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/products/bassheads-152) for nearly 3-4 years (often replaced it every 1-1.5 years) and have been using the [boAt Rockerz 512 ANC](https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/products/boat-rockerz-512-anc) and compared to them I barely feel any differences
I have been using apple music specially for the iems set to loseless quality
No DAC for now since I've ordered it via another site and its still out for delivery.
Kindly tell if I should raise an complaint specially for the cracks or is it normal.
